One song a day
Mifasola rests on a single rule: one song a day. That constraint is the whole product - it turns an endless playlist into a daily gesture that means something.
One day, one song
One post per 24-hour period, not two. You pick the track, add a caption and hashtags if you like, and that's your song of the day.
The cap isn't a technical limit we could have lifted: it's what gives the choice its weight. One song a day is a track you weigh, not a feed you keep topped up.
A diary
Every post joins your journal, day by day. After a few weeks it reads like a notebook: you find a period of your life again through the music you were listening to.
A private note can be attached to a post - visible to you alone, encrypted on your device. This is the diary in the strict sense: even we can't read it.
A social network
Your feed brings together the songs of the day from the accounts you follow, and from the whole community. Comments, likes, replies, messaging: these are conversations about a track, not about a profile.
Listen before you choose
A 30-second preview comes with every song, provided by Deezer's public API.
Links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube or Amazon Music are added by hand - by the person posting, or by a moderator - then checked before being locked. It's slower than an automatic directory, but a verified link really does lead to the right track.
Good to know
The app is for people aged 16 and over. A post can be scheduled in advance, and deleted at any time.
